Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities while ensuring the company’s continued market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Researches and analyzes market trends, competitors, and new sales territories to find opportunities for business expansion.
  • Creates and executes overall business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Proactively finds and contacts potential clients to build new business relationships.
  • Manages relationships with current customers to increase their value through upselling or cross-selling and to ensure satisfaction.
  • Cultivates mutually beneficial alliances with other businesses or stakeholders.
  • Creates and delivers compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborates with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives.
  • Oversees and manages projects related to new business ventures or initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably within the oil & gas or procurement sector).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven.
