Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities while ensuring the company’s continued market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
- Researches and analyzes market trends, competitors, and new sales territories to find opportunities for business expansion.
- Creates and executes overall business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Proactively finds and contacts potential clients to build new business relationships.
- Manages relationships with current customers to increase their value through upselling or cross-selling and to ensure satisfaction.
- Cultivates mutually beneficial alliances with other businesses or stakeholders.
- Creates and delivers compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
- Collaborates with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives.
- Oversees and manages projects related to new business ventures or initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably within the oil & gas or procurement sector).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven.
