Job Summary
- We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead operations at a premium beach resort in Elegushi.
- The ideal candidate must be a hands-on hospitality professional with proven experience managing beach resorts, hotels, or leisure properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative events, leisure, and F&B strategies.
- Maintain operational efficiency, staff discipline, and financial control.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads to meet set KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality, health, and safety standards.
- Coordinate marketing, partnerships, and brand visibility initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ managerial experience in hospitality (preferably in beach resorts or hotels).
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
- Proven track record of driving performance and profitability.
- Candidates living on the Island (Lekki/Ajah axis) preferred — or must have accommodation nearby.

Salary
N500,000 per month.
