Job Summary

  • We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead operations at a premium beach resort in Elegushi.
  • The ideal candidate must be a hands-on hospitality professional with proven experience managing beach resorts, hotels, or leisure properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative events, leisure, and F&B strategies.
  • Maintain operational efficiency, staff discipline, and financial control.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads to meet set KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with hospitality, health, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate marketing, partnerships, and brand visibility initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ managerial experience in hospitality (preferably in beach resorts or hotels).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
  • Proven track record of driving performance and profitability.
  • Candidates living on the Island (Lekki/Ajah axis) preferred — or must have accommodation nearby.

  • 5 working days (12-hour shifts)
  • 2 days off weekly
  • Quarterly performance bonus

  • Layover available for rest while on duty.

Salary
N500,000 per month.
